Claude for MomsLive Virtual Workshop

Claude for MomsWorking Workshop

Give me 60 minutes and I'll give you 120 back, I promise. You'll leave with a Claude setup that works like the Chief of Staff you wish you could hire.

The calendars, meals, school paperwork, work deadlines and follow-ups all live in one place, usually, and that's your head. No wonder burnout won't quit.

In 60 minutes of teaching and building plus a 30‑minute Q&A, we turn Claude into your chief of staff. Claude holds the details so you can focus on what needs you.

  • 90-minute workshop
  • Limited seating
  • From $197

Who this is for

You carry the whole calendar, and you deserve a hand with it.

What's on your mental load right now?

  • RSVPs
  • Carpool swaps
  • The follow-up email

Claude can help with pretty much every one of these, and you choose what gets done & when. Bye bye burnout!

  • You've tried Claude or ChatGPT a few times and closed the tab.
  • You want to protect your family's privacy while you use AI.

Your chief of staff at work

Ten ways Claude carries the load, from Sunday night to Friday afternoon.

Moms know the phrase "use your words," and Claude needs them too. Prompts are only part of the picture, so we set up the system first, with safety and your family's values at the center. Then we add the right words on top, so every prompt below works week after week. Every example leaves family names, schools and medical details out.

Plan your week

The Sunday reset

Claude finds the collisions between work and family commitments, adds buffer time, and hands you a one-page plan for Monday through Friday.

Try this promptHere's my work calendar and our family commitments for next week. Find the collisions, suggest where to add buffer time, and give me a one‑page plan.
Clear your head

Brain dump to priorities

Empty every open loop into one message. Claude sorts it into do today, do this week, delegate and drop.

Try this promptHere's everything on my mind. Sort it into do today, this week, delegate and drop. Tell me what you'd cut if I only had two free hours.
Feed the family

Dinner plan and grocery list

Five dinners that fit your schedule, your pantry and your family's tastes, with a list sorted by store aisle.

Try this promptPlan five dinners for a family of four that take under 30 minutes and use what's in my fridge. Skip mushrooms and sort the grocery list by aisle.
Tame the paperwork

School paperwork

Claude turns a long school email into dates, costs and what needs your signature, then drafts a short reply.

Try this promptSummarize this email into dates, costs and what I need to sign. Then draft a two-sentence reply. (Remove names before pasting.)
Say it well

The tricky email

Decline a request, set a boundary or follow up on an invoice in your voice, kind and clear, in under 100 words.

Try this promptDraft a reply that politely declines this request and offers one alternative. Keep it warm, direct and under 100 words, in my voice.
Close the loop at work

Notes to follow-up

Claude turns messy notes into action items with owners and deadlines, plus the follow-up email you'd have written at 9 PM.

Try this promptTurn these meeting notes into action items with an owner and a deadline for each. Then draft the follow‑up email.
Decide with less stress

The decision helper

Compare camps, trips or big purchases on cost, logistics and the work they add to your plate before you commit.

Try this promptI'm choosing between two summer camps. Compare cost, drop-off logistics and how much planning each one adds. Ask me three questions before you recommend one.
Share the load

The partner and sitter handoff

Claude writes a one-page guide to how your week runs, so a partner, grandparent or sitter can cover a day with confidence.

Try this promptWrite a one-page guide to how our Tuesday runs, with timings, routines and who to call, so someone else can cover it.
Protect your energy

The burnout check

Claude reviews your week, flags where you're overcommitted, and suggests what to move, what to decline and where to protect time for you.

Try this promptLook at my week. Where am I overcommitted? Suggest two things to move, one to say no to, and one 30‑minute block to protect for me.
Reclaim your time

The next-chapter planner

Claude helps you turn newly open hours into a plan for a class, a trip or a project that fits your energy and budget.

Try this promptI have about six extra hours a week now that my schedule has opened up. Ask me five questions, then suggest three ways to spend them.

What Claude hands back

Your week, sorted

  • Mon: Dentist for Mia at 3:30. Pack Sam's cleats tonight.
  • Tue: Permission slip due. It's in the backpack.
  • Wed: Your client call collides with pickup. Move it to 9:30, or ask your partner to cover.
  • Thu: Minivan goes to you. Block 1 to 3 PM, no meetings.

Two collisions found. One decision for you: Wednesday.

These are examples. Yours will use your own week and your own voice.

You leave with a starter Claude project and take-home templates for planning, meals, paperwork, work follow-ups and sharing the load with a partner or sitter.

Questions

Before you register

What do I need to join?

A Claude account, a laptop or tablet with Zoom, and one real task from your week. A free Claude account works to follow along, and a paid plan gives you more room to keep building afterward. If you work with client information, turn off "Help improve Claude" in Settings, or use a business plan. Set up your account before the workshop and I'll send a short checklist so you arrive ready.

I already took one of these exact courses. Can I come back and workshop another task?

YES! Of course you can. And if you want, I do custom trainings for groups both on location and via Zoom!

Is it safe to use Claude with family information?

We cover privacy basics in the first session. You'll learn what to leave out, such as children's full names, school names, medical details and photos. You never need to share anything about your children during the workshop.

Can I move my date if life happens?

Yes, because life is lifey. You may move your paid date one time to another date if there are open seats remaining.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, except in the case of an act of God. Replays come with Mom Group seats.

Next date: Tuesday, Nov 3

Hand off the details and keep the moments that need you.

Seats are limited, so every question gets answered.
