The things people ask
right before they register.

Do I need a Claude account before I show up?
Yes. The free tier works, but we recommend Claude Pro for full access to Projects and memory during the session. It's about $20 a month and takes five minutes to set up at claude.ai. If you work with client information, turn off "Help improve Claude" in Settings, or use a business plan. You'll get a prep guide with everything you need one week before the workshop.
I have tried Claude before and it did not click. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Most people's first Claude experience is frustrating because they approach it like a search engine. It's not. This workshop is built specifically to fix the way you're thinking about the tool, not just hand you more things to try alone.
I already love ChatGPT / Gemini / [insert your favorite bot here]. Can I just use that instead?
Hard no, and here's why. Claude was built with a fundamentally different approach to safety, privacy, and how it handles your business data. What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, your seat transfers to the next available session. We want you in the room, not holding a receipt you can't use.
Can I expense this for my team?
