Our data is sovereign.
Knowing that can change everything.
Business 4 Good is a new way of doing business.
We're building a global directory for women in business while simultaneously creating the Leading Ladies LLM, the first women-built, women-forward AI model.
Tour the Business 4 Good Exchange
Our first MVP launched in 2022 and included 300 women. This second build is based on what we learned from the first and is shaped by more than 2,400 conversations with women in business since 2017. This working sample lets you browse the concept, notice the directory model, and get an idea of what the exchange would look like.
Every member here is fictitious, and nothing you do is charged or tracked. Our goal is to get 200 women on board at launch in early 2027. These founding women in business agree that technology can be used as a tool of equity (#Tequity), so our pricing has a floor and no ceiling.

Knowledge as a Service.
We produce the knowledge. Train the teams. Build the networks.
The wage gap is not an accident. It is the receipt.
Women have always trained the teams, mentored the newcomers, solved the problems no one else would touch, and shared what we know freely. That knowledge has always had value. It has never had infrastructure.
Business 4 Good is that infrastructure: a closed-loop KaaS economy where women become each other's markets. At scale, it does not exist yet, so we are building it together.
Join the founding members.
Founding members bring their knowledge, their networks and their willingness to invest in each other. Each one holds a governance seat in the cooperative from day one.
Our launch date is February 26, 2027, and we are building toward 200 women.
When you join, you build the economy and you own a piece of it.
The Foundation
10 years of listening to 2,400 women.
Through the Money, Sex & Politics podcast, the Leveraging Business Infrastructure blog, and hundreds of panels, workshops and events, our founder Rose Kaz spent a decade asking women one question: what would it take for you to value your knowledge at the level it deserves?
More than 2,400 of us answered. Our answers became the blueprint: the cooperative model, the constitutional split, the price floor, the Exchange and the governance structure. All of it was designed with us, tested by us and built for us.
Community is the product
and the proof.
Business 4 Good Is
- A constitutional cooperative that cannot be sold out from under you
- A working sample with tested infrastructure, built with our founding members
- A marketplace where 70% of every transaction goes to the woman who did the work
- A build in progress that the women joining now get to shape
- The economic infrastructure women have been producing value for without ever owning
Business 4 Good Is Not
- A networking group, a community membership or a subscription box
- Free, because free has never actually been free and we all know it
- A finished product waiting for you to arrive
- Another platform that extracts your data, owns your audience and cashes out to strangers
- Putting pink on the extinction rebellion of patriarchy
This Is For
- Women who know collaboration is how we have always worked best, and are done apologizing for it
- Women who want a cooperative marketplace without making the first moves alone
- Those of us who have been giving our knowledge away and are ready for it to have a price, a platform and a permanent home
- Women who know the next chapter of humanity will respect all living things, from a place of equality
This Is Not For
- Anyone who needs women to be quiet about this in order to feel comfortable
- People who confuse precision with anger, or clarity with a threat
- Women who will undercut other women to get ahead, because that is not the economy we are building
- Anyone who wants passive income. The lift is light and it is never set-and-forget, because reciprocity runs this economy
The system has been working exactly as designed.
The platforms we have been handed were built to process us. Our data becomes their asset, our expertise funds their valuation, and our networks make their product stickier. The visibility algorithm belongs to whoever pays for it, and the terms change whenever the board decides.
Business 4 Good runs on a constitutional 70/10/10/10 split, written into our governance and our code. You set the price for your knowledge, and 70% of every session goes to you.
The other 30% funds a scholarship pool, a co-op fund that pays member dividends, and the exchange itself. The split changes only by supermajority of the women who own it.
Here is how it works.
You bring what you know, and another woman needs exactly that. You set the price, with a $300 floor and no ceiling, and the exchange happens inside a cooperative where every transaction is transparent.
Every exchange makes the marketplace smarter and keeps every dollar inside a women-owned economy. You own your knowledge, your data and your power, and together we reclaim our sovereignty.
What Founding Members Hold
This is what you walk into today.
Business 4 Good is a marketplace in the making, which gives you a seat at the table while the economy is being built.
From day one
- A governance seat. A vote in the cooperative that runs this platform. You are an owner starting now, ahead of launch.
- A network grown from a decade of research and more than 2,400 conversations with women in business.
- A voice in how we build. The pricing model, the member experience, the policies and the culture.
- An exit from systems that were built to take from you. Your knowledge, your data and your sovereignty stay yours.
When the marketplace launches
- 70% of every transaction goes directly to you. Constitutional, and never a policy that changes at a board's discretion.
- Your price floor is yours to set. $300 is the baseline for women's expertise, and everything above it is your call.
- A closed-loop marketplace where every dollar stays inside a women-owned economy, with no outside shareholders and no exit to strangers.
We are building an economy where women own the infrastructure.

Questions
What people ask us most.
What is Business 4 Good?
Business 4 Good is a peer-to-peer, women-owned co-op marketplace and global directory for women in business, building toward the Leading Ladies LLM, the first women-built, women-forward AI model. Founded by Rose Kaz, it is a closed-loop Knowledge as a Service economy where women become each other's markets.
What is the Business 4 Good Exchange?
The Exchange is the marketplace at the center of Business 4 Good. The version on this page is a working sample of our second MVP with fictitious members, built to show how browsing, connecting, scheduling and the 70/10/10/10 split work. Our first MVP launched in 2022 with 300 women, and this second build is based on what we learned from it. We are building toward 200 women at launch in early 2027.
What is Knowledge as a Service?
Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) is an economic model where women's expertise is priced, exchanged and owned inside a cooperative instead of being given away or extracted by a platform. Women have always trained teams, mentored newcomers and shared what we know. KaaS gives that knowledge infrastructure.
How does the 70/10/10/10 split work?
Every session follows the same constitutional split: 70% goes to the expert who did the work, 10% funds a scholarship pool, 10% goes to a co-op fund that pays member dividends based on participation, and 10% keeps the exchange running. Each expert sets her own price, with a $300 floor and no ceiling.
What is #Tequity?
#Tequity (Technology as a Tool of Equity) is Rose Kaz's framework for applying equitable thinking to AI adoption, pricing and business design. It rests on three principles: judgment over output, voice in the work, and capacity over replacement.
What do founding members receive?
Founding members hold a governance seat with a vote in the cooperative, a voice in how the marketplace is built, and a place in a network grown from more than 2,400 conversations with women in business. At launch, 70% of every transaction goes directly to the member who did the work.
